Common questions
Is this a religious organization?
Ano-Bro is not affiliated with any specific religious organization. We welcome men of all backgrounds. Our focus is on brotherhood, resilience, and connection — values that transcend any single tradition.
What does 'anonymous' mean in practice?
It means the emphasis is on the struggle, not the status. You don't need to share your full name, your job title, or your social media. What matters is that you show up honestly. As trust builds in local groups, anonymity naturally gives way to genuine friendship — but that's always your choice.
Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Ano-Bro is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you're in crisis, please call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We're a brotherhood — a community of men supporting each other. We strongly encourage professional help when needed.
How much does it cost?
Our articles and content are completely free. As we build out community features and local meetups, we'll keep the core experience accessible to every man who needs it.
How can I help?
The simplest way to help right now is to share Ano-Bro with a man who might need it. Sign up for updates to stay connected as we grow. And if you're interested in helping build this brotherhood, reach out through our Get Started page.
Start where you are
You don't need to wait for the full platform. The brotherhood starts now — with one article, one conversation, one honest moment.
